Shana Neiditch

Shana Neiditch currently serves as General Counsel at Mindbody, where the company connects fitness and wellness businesses with consumers. Prior to this role, Shana was Chief Legal Officer at iFIT, enhancing interactive fitness experiences. Notably, Shana held the position of General Counsel and Head of Legal and Business Affairs at ClassPass, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters across 30 countries. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at WW (formerly WeightWatchers), providing legal guidance during the company's transformation, as well as roles at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, gaining expertise in transactional law. Shana holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a degree from Cornell University.
