Ravindra is the CFO at MindCraft heading the Finance & GRC function and taking care of Finance, Taxation & Compliance. He is a senior Finance professional with over two decades of rich experience. Over the course of his career, he has spearheaded the entire gamut of accounting & finance processes including financial planning, budgeting, accounting systems, costing, and legal affairs.
Prior to joining MindCraft, Ravindra has worked with a rich mix of Indian & multi-national companies across various industries such as Writer Safeguard, Boehringer Ingelheim, Thermofisher Scientific and Otis Elevators.
Ravindra is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
