Renya Szczodrak

Renya Szczodrak is an experienced office and HR professional, currently serving as Office Manager and People Administrator at Mindful Chef, a B Corp, since April 2025. Prior to this role, Renya held positions as HR and Office Administrator at Biscuiteers from July 2023 to April 2025 and as a Talent Advisor at innocent drinks from July 2019 to March 2023, where also contributed as Joint Lead for the Disability and Neurodiversity Affinity Group.
