Josie Ung has over a decade of experience in research and insights, currently holding the position of Client Director at Mindshare since July 2016, following previous roles as Business Director and Account Director in the same company. Before joining Mindshare, Josie worked at Colmar Brunton from February 2013 to July 2016, where roles included Account Manager, Project Manager, and Research Executive. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Receptionist at Ernst & Young from October 2007 to November 2012 and as an Administrative Assistant at Fast Forward Strategy & Planning Ltd from January 2007 to July 2010. Josie earned a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing) from The University of Queensland, and participated in a study abroad exchange program at The University of Manchester in 2010-2011.
