Kathy Copeland

Kathy Copeland has over 25 years of experience in the recruiting industry. Kathy began their career at Hall Kinion in 1993 as a Sr. Manager of Recruiting, where they worked until 1998. In 1999, they started their own company called Copeland Enterprises, where they served as the Owner until 2006. In 2006, Kathy joined MindSource as the Director of Recruiting and held that position until 2018. Kathy then became the Head of Global Recruiting at MindSource until present.
