Lydia Kopylova

Lydia Kopylova possesses extensive experience in investor relations, corporate development, and financial planning across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Minerals Technologies Inc. since August 2021, Kopylova previously held a consultant role at McKinsey & Company and served as Executive Director for Financial Planning & Analysis at NEOM. Prior to these positions, Kopylova was Vice President of Strategy and International Project Development at both Arconic and Alcoa, where responsibilities included leading project development activities, managing large growth portfolios, and overseeing budgeting and corporate reporting. Kopylova began a career at Alcoa with roles in business analysis and internal audit. Kopylova earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh's Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
