Ashley Elsey

Ashley Elsey is the Owner of Minerva Consulting, a marketing and communications firm founded in 2003, which specializes in brand development, strategic planning, and client relationship management for a diverse range of businesses. Previously, Ashley served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the George W. Bush Presidential Center from April 2010 to December 2011, where oversight of marketing strategies was undertaken. Earlier experience includes the role of Public Affairs Manager at Verizon from 1998 to 2003, where Ashley created Verizon Reads, a successful charitable initiative, and as a Specialist in Community Economic Development at GTE, contributing to the nationally recognized GTE Check Into Literacy program. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Political Science from Rice University, obtained in 1998.
