Trent Jolly is a seasoned professional in the field of metallurgy and process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Mining One Consultants since February 2022. Prior to this role, Trent worked as a Senior Project Metallurgist at Process Plants International, where responsibilities included supporting an autoclave uplift program and acting as a client representative during the execution of a flash flotation upgrade. Additional experience includes a role as Project Metallurgist at MMG Limited, where Trent contributed to the greenfield commissioning of a lead and zinc concentrator, and as a Senior Plant Metallurgist, among other positions within the organization. Trent holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance, and a Diploma in Modern Languages (Chinese), all obtained from the University of Melbourne.

Mining One was established in August 2005 to provide technical expertise in the fields of geotechnical engineering, resource geology and mining engineering to the mining industry. The group is lead by Gary Davison, Kevin Dugan, Lyn Stribley and Dean Basile who collectively have over 90 years of technical experience.
