Harshavardhana has worked in the tech industry since 2006. Harshavardhana began their career as a Research Engineer at Gluster, which was later acquired by RedHat. At RedHat, they held the roles of Senior SME GlusterFS, XFS, RHEL and SME, XFS Filesystem, GlusterFS Filesystem. In 2015, they Co-Founded MinIO Object Storage, where they also maintained a blog.
Harshavardhana attended Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering (SJCE), Mysore from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication.
