The Ministry of Finance is the specialized central body of the public administration that develops and promotes the state policy in the budgetary-fiscal field.
In its work the Ministry is guided by the Moldovan Constitution, laws and decisions of the Parliament, Presidential decrees, resolutions and decisions of the Government, as well as international agreements to which Moldova is party.
The Mission of the Ministry is to develop and implement the state policy on public finances.
