Andrea Swan Mrcsa

Andrea Swan MRCSA has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Advisory and overseeing Priority Projects in Talent Acquisition at the Ministry for Primary Industries since May 2021, Andrea has held significant roles at NZ Police from May 2013 to May 2021, including Project Lead and Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Andrea worked at Statistics New Zealand from January 2009 to April 2013, taking on positions such as Senior HR Advisor for the 2013 Census and Senior Recruitment Consultant. The career also includes notable roles at Westpac and ANZ as Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader, and earlier positions at the Ministry of Education and Anderson Contracting as Recruitment Consultant.
