Niels Bruins has a diverse work experience spanning from project management roles to leading transformations in various organizations. Niels started as a Project Manager in 2004 at Broeckx Plastic Recycling B.V., led different projects at AMI Professional Service Consultancy, Davanti Consulting, and managed programs at Stats NZ and the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade. Niels also held roles at the New Zealand Defence Force and currently serves as a Programme Transformation Lead / Design Manager at the Ministry for Primary Industries since 2021.
Niels Bruins completed their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management and Marketing Management at Windesheim University in 2002. Niels then pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management at Tilburg University, graduating in 2005. In addition, they also completed a short course in Business Administration at the University of South Wales in 2001.
