Natalia Maz Anastasiadis

Natalia Maz Anastasiadis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and strategic initiatives within various governmental organizations in New Zealand. Currently serving as the Strategic Initiatives and Implementation Lead at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since August 2022, previous roles include Head of Governance at Immigration New Zealand and Team Leader of Ngā Pae Tātaki at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities, where significant governance systems based on distributed leadership were established. Notable contributions at Inland Revenue NZ involved leading governance initiatives that improved organizational performance and strategic direction, along with integral advisory roles in governance processes.
