Abdulrahman Alhomoudi, C-SBP, is an experienced Senior Project Manager at the Ministry of Culture since September 2021, focusing on establishing the PMO in the Film Commission and managing projects throughout their lifecycle. Previously, at the Human Resources Development Fund from December 2018 to September 2021, Abdulrahman contributed to analyzing HRDF’s programs and initiatives under the CEO's direction, enhancing operational effectiveness. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Development Analyst at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, and earlier positions at Albahith, where project strategies were developed and customer service was provided. Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Capilano University and is currently pursuing an EMBA at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship.
