Amb. Vahram Kazhoyan has served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia since June 2019, leading diplomatic missions and international representation. With an extensive career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia beginning in March 1992, Kazhoyan has held various roles, including Director of the International Organizations and Human Rights Department. Kazhoyan has also actively participated in multiple organizations, serving as Secretary General of the Armenian National Commission for UNESCO and Head of the Inter-Agency Working Group for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings. Previous ambassadorial roles have included representation in several countries, including Serbia, Croatia, Albania, Slovenia, Cyprus, and Greece. Kazhoyan holds a Master's degree in English Philology and Linguistics from Yerevan State University and additionally studied at the University of Leeds.
