Bader Alotaibi

Bader AlOtaibi serves as the Head of Human Resources Group at Arab National Bank since May 2003, with a progressive career at the institution including roles such as Head of Human Resources Services and Personnel Operation Manager. Currently, Bader holds several prominent positions, including Chairman of the Sectoral Council of Skills for Financial and Insurance Sectors at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development - KSA, and Chairman of the Board at Al Arabi Heavy Equipment Lease Company (AHEL). Additional roles include Chairmen of board nomination and remuneration committees at Tanmiah and AHEL, alongside being a member of similar committees at SHL Finance Company and ANB Capital. Bader's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business from INSEEC, an Executive MBA from Al Yamamah University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King AbdulAziz University, a postgraduate degree in International Management and Leadership from Washington State University, and completion of an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan.
