Ismail Alghamdi

Ismail Alghamdi currently serves as the Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ismail Alghamdi was the Chairman of the Board at Mobily Pay from March 2020 to March 2023, and held multiple executive positions at Mobily, including Chief Consumer Officer, Chief Corporate Strategy Officer, and Chief Customer Care Officer, from November 2017 to March 2023. Additionally, Ismail Alghamdi was the Chairman of the Board for Sehati for Information Technology Services LLC from June 2018 to March 2023, overseeing initiatives such as the Saudi Health Insurance Bus (SHIB) and the Saudi eHealth Exchange Platform (SeHE). Ismail Alghamdi has also served as Chairman of the Board and Board Member at NCBS National Company for Business Solutions from March 2014 to March 2023. Educational background includes a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School (2015) and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from King Abdulaziz University (1997).
