Ahmed Zahran

Ahmed Zahran has extensive experience in the field of information technology and project management, currently serving as an Agile Coach at the Ministry of Interior UAE since July 2008. In this role, Ahmed facilitates the transition to Agile methodologies and mentors teams in Scrum and Kanban practices. Additionally, Ahmed holds the position of IT Project Manager and has experience as a web developer and IT Business Analyst, where responsibilities included defining problems, conducting requirements analysis, and managing project evaluations. Since October 2016, Ahmed has also worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at the General Resources Authority (GRA). Prior to these roles, Ahmed served as an instructor at the Faculty of Commerce from June 2005 to June 2008. Ahmed earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Tanta University between 1999 and 2003.

جاء قيام دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في الثاني من ديسمبر عام 1971، ثمرةً للعمل الدؤوب والجهد المستمر للآباء المؤسسين، الذين تعاضدوا جميعاً لرفع راية الاتحاد، ولقد واكب إنشاء وزارة الداخلية قيام الدولة باعتبارها من الأجهزة الاتحادية الحيوية، ومن أبرز مهامها واختصاصاتها، حماية الأمن الداخلي للدولة، ووضع السياسة العامة للوقاية من الجريمة ومكافحتها والإشراف على تنفيذها، وإنشاء وتنظيم قوات الأمن الاتحادية والإشراف عليها، وتنسيق وتوثيق التعاون بين قوات شرطة الإمارات، والإشراف على منظومة السلامة المرورية في الطرق الاتحادية، وتوفير الحماية للأرواح والمنشآت والممتلكات، وتعزيز الشراكة المجتمعية لتحقيق مزيد من الأمن والاستقرار The creation of the federation of the United Arab Emirates on the 2nd of December 1971 was a culmination of the assiduous work and continuous effort of the founding fathers, who all joined hands to raise the flag of the Union. The establishment of the Ministry of Interior went along the creation of the state as one of the major federal bodies. In this way, all police and security services were unified to meet one of the vital objectives to ensure stability and safety for all citizens and residents of the country. The Ministry has many roles and responsibilities, most notably protecting the security of the state against domestic threats, setting the general policy for the prevention and control of crime and supervising its implementation, establishing and organizing the federal security forces and supervising them, coordinating and enhancing cooperation among police forces across all emirates, and supervising the traffic safety system on federal roads. The Ministry also ensures the protection for lives, facilities and property, and strengthens community partnership to achieve greater security and stability.
