Currently serving as an Information Technology Consultant at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia since March 2022, Massar previously held significant positions at the Saudi Space Commission, including CEO Assistant for Cybersecurity and Data Governance and Director of Information Technology from January 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience at the Supreme Commission for Tourism spanned from May 2001 to January 2019, where Massar functioned as IT General Director, E-solution Manager, ERP Project Manager, and Technical Support Supervisor. Massar Almassar's educational background includes studies at Murray State University from 1998 to 2000.

All of which must comply with the noble position and values of the Kingdom. The goal is also meant to concern on antiquities and preserving them and to increase their contribution in the cultural and economical development process as well as concerning on museums, and to uplift archeological works in the Kingdom in general, while private sector is assuming the major role by establishing tourism investment facilities.
