Casey Baum

Casey Baum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations, strategy, and customer success. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Sales Operations and Enablement at Minitab since September 2022, Casey leads teams responsible for the sales tech stack and enablement strategies. Previous roles include Head of Sales and Customer Success at AirDeck, where responsibilities included strategic planning and revenue management, and Senior Account Executive at RefineRE, focusing on the customer lifecycle for large enterprises. Casey co-owns Pikes Peak Artist Collective, successfully transforming the business into a key community asset while growing revenue significantly. Earlier experience includes scaling sales teams at LexisNexis and leading a turnaround at Bass Mechanical, where annual revenue tripled. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business from Juniata College.
