Natalie Kapustik

Natalie Kapustik has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Starting in 2014, they worked at Discovery Space of Central Pennsylvania as a Front Desk Manager, Outreach Event Coordinator, and Volunteer Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Paychex as a Sales Development Representative and later became a Senior Payroll Specialist. In 2020, Natalie joined Neutron Inc. as an Industrial Business Development Specialist and later transitioned to an Industrial IoT Account Manager. Natalie also became a member of SDR Nation and the National Association of Women Sales Professionals during this time. In 2021, they worked as an Independent Contributor at The Center Square for the Franklin News Foundation. Natalie also took on roles at Toastmasters International, serving as a Member and later becoming the President. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Minitab as an Account Manager and later became a Mid-Market Manager. Natalie currently holds the position of Senior Account Executive at Minitab.

Natalie Kapustik obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Psychology from Penn State University in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. Natalie completed courses in Building a Toolkit for Your Sales Process, Sales Pitch and Closing, Connecting with Sales Prospects, Customer Segmentation and Prospecting, Introduction and Programming with IoT Boards, Viral Marketing and How to Craft Contagious Content, and Removing Barriers to Change, all through Northwestern University on Coursera. Natalie also completed a certification in SaaS Sales Foundations through Aspireship. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Filling the Funnel from JB Sales Training.
