Charles Elston Chambers, MBA, PMP, ITIL, serves as the Info Mgmt Svcs Division Director and Interim Deputy CIO at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, overseeing the IT Infrastructure team and driving technology modernization initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of TMC Prosperity, Inc., Charles focuses on financial literacy and money management for disadvantaged youth. Previous experience includes leadership roles in various healthcare and technology sectors, managing significant budgets and driving strategic initiatives in areas such as disaster recovery and identity management.
