Radio Play-By-Play Announcer at Minnesota Timberwolves

Alan Horton is a radio play-by-play announcer for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Prior to their current position, Horton was with the Seattle Sonics and Storm from September 2006 to October 2007 as play-by-play/executive producer. From June 2005 to September 2006, they were with Cox Channel 4 as play-by-play/analyst/sideline reporter. From May 2005 to November 2006, Horton was also with Fox Sports Radio as sports anchor/talk show host. Horton began their career in March 1999 as radio play-by-play for San Diego State University.

Alan Horton began their educational career by earning a BA in political science and economics from Skidmore College. Alan then went on to earn an MS in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University - S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
