Josh Welter

Josh Welter is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in engineering and project management across various industries, including automation, controls, and nuclear material handling. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Minnetronix, Inc. since February 2022, Josh previously held positions such as Project Manager at AP Engineering and Awesome Controls, as well as Engineer at Thiele Technologies. Additional experience includes roles as Engineering Manager at Paragon Labeling Systems, Project Engineer Software at PaR Nuclear, and Project Engineer at BOC Edwards. Josh began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Determan Brownie. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Coe College.
