Weston Berg

Weston Berg began their work experience as a Cooling Operations Intern at Lennox International in 2016. During this role, they participated in a co-op experience, where they manipulated floor plan layouts to optimize the location of new lacing and belling cells.

In 2017, Weston joined Iowa State University as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Weston worked in this role from January to April 2017 and then returned in September 2017, continuing their research assistantship until May 2018.

From May 2017 to May 2019, Weston served as an IT Solutions (Manufacturing IT) Intern at Danfoss Power Solutions, gaining valuable experience in the field.

Weston then transitioned to Minnetronix, Inc. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern from May to August. Weston later returned to Minnetronix in 2020 and held the position of Software Engineer I until April 2022. Subsequently, they advanced to the role of Software Engineer II, starting in March 2022.

Weston Berg completed their high school education at St. Croix Preparatory Academy from 2010 to 2014, earning a High School Diploma. Weston then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Iowa State University from 2014 to 2019.
