Phillip Neeves is an experienced professional in the multifamily and energy solutions sectors, currently serving as the National Director of Multifamily Solutions at Minol USA since August 2011. Prior roles include serving as Vice President Central Region and Vice President of Field Operations at ista North America, as well as Director of HVAC Solutions. Phillip also held the position of Executive Vice President at Energy Billing Systems and EBS INC. from September 1992 to April 2007. Earlier in their career, Phillip was the owner of Precision Property Group and worked as a Sales Manager at US West, while gaining foundational experience in property management at Apollo West Inc. starting in March 1972.
