Marcus Taylor has extensive experience in the insurance and legal sectors, currently serving as the Director of Commercial & Strategic Delivery at Minster Law since 2006. Throughout tenure at Minster Law, Marcus has held multiple key positions, including Director of Strategic Delivery, Director of Claims, Associate Director, and Senior Operations Manager. Additionally, Marcus contributed to Coral Insurance as the Product & Operations Director from March 2021 to July 2023, further demonstrating a strong background in operational leadership and strategic initiatives.

We settle in excess of 2,000 claims each month and 99% of our clients are referred to us by our trusted insurance partners, while the other 1% comes via recommendations from colleagues. We don’t believe in cold calling to solicit claims and we don’t spend money on advertising because all of our investment is focused on continual improvement and evolution of our client service to ensure that people, groups and insurance companies working with Minster Law to pursue a personal injury claim receive the best support possible.
