François oversees cross-functional initiatives that scale the business and ensure operational excellence. He also leads Merchandising Operations, where beautiful designs created by the community of independent artists are turned into fully-customizable products. Prior to joining Minted, François worked in merchandising for leading brands, including Williams-Sonoma, Walmart, Food Network, and HBO. In addition to his large-scale experience, François has been a successful entrepreneur, starting and selling his own meal delivery business. He received a Bachelor’s degree in English and Business, a Master’s in Economics and Management, and a post-Master’s in International Trade & Business from Sorbonne in Paris.
