Mpendulo Ginindza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety, health, environment, and quality management, currently serving as the Head of SHEQ and ERM at Mintek since July 2013. In this role, Mpendulo leads the development and implementation of policies and strategies for SHEQ and risk management. Additionally, Mpendulo holds positions as a Member of the Board of Directors at Circular Energy and President of the Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa. Previous roles include Environmental Sustainability Manager and SHEQ Manager at CSIR, Lab Manager at SABMiller and The Coca-Cola Company, and Lab Supervisor at Bicon Consulting Engineers. Mpendulo's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in Sustainable Development Management and Planning from Stellenbosch University and a BSc in Maths and Chemistry from the University of Swaziland.
