Dheeraj Kumar

Dheeraj Kumar is an experienced professional in customer success and relationship management, currently holding the position of Lead Virtual Relationship & Customer Success at Mintifi since September 2024. Prior to this role, Dheeraj served as Manager of Customer Success at CashFlo from October 2022 to September 2024, and worked at C2FO from March 2016 to October 2022, where a progression of titles included Market Operations Manager and Team Lead among others. Dheeraj's career in education began as a T.G.T. English at Govt. Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya from September 2012 to May 2015. Academically, Dheeraj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science & Economics from Delhi University, a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and has completed various other educational qualifications in English and Computer Science.
