Kirti Jha Poddar is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Mintifi. Previously, Kirti held positions at ACG World as Global Talent Acquisition Head & Corporate HR, at More Retail Limited as Talent & HR Automation Head, at RBL Bank as Head of Organizational Development & Talent Management, and at Kellogg Company as Head of Talent Acquisition & EVP for India & APAC. Kirti has completed an Advanced Development Program on Employer Branding from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Certificate Course in Organisation Design and Development from the Centre for Social and Organisational Leadership at TISS.
