Mihir Jadhav

Mihir Jadhav currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Mintifi since October 2019, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes roles at MSCI Inc. from August 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included talent management operations, training setup for global employees, and curriculum development. Prior to that, Mihir worked at TAM Media Research from November 2013 to July 2016 as a Junior Executive in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, handling mass and campus recruitments, and managing payroll and attendance systems. Mihir has extensive experience in drafting HR-related documentation, implementing policies, and assisting in performance management processes.
