Nishant Ratanpal

Nishant Ratanpal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in credit management and operations, currently serving as the National Credit Manager at Mintifi since April 2018. In this role, Nishant has successfully built and led a team of credit managers, implemented standardized processes, and collaborated with Data Science to enhance scorecards and customer journeys. Prior to Mintifi, Nishant held various positions including Credit Operations Manager at Mintifi, Manager at L&T Financial Services, and Assistant Manager as well as Regional Operations Manager at Tata Capital, where significant operational growth and efficiency improvements were achieved. Nishant began a career in finance as an Article Assistant at M/s Kamani S.K. & Co. after completing education in Chartered Accountancy and a B.Com (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta.
