Pravin Mhatre is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Mintifi since June 2019, Pravin has successfully built a team of 30 engineers to enhance the FinTech infrastructure, implemented agile processes, and aligned tech directions with business goals. Prior roles include Manager of Specialized Services at Hitachi Consulting, where Pravin optimized applications for increased data processing needs, and Tech Lead at Oakridge Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, where Pravin established development processes and delivered a prototype project on time and within budget. With a strong foundational expertise developed through various positions in software development and leadership at companies like Sodel Solutions Inc., The Huffington Post, and Allerin Technology Pvt Ltd, Pravin holds an MCA from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pillai's College of Arts, Commerce and Science.
