Curtiss Scarlett

Curtiss Scarlett, P. Eng, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Land Development Manager at The Minto Group since May 2017. Prior experience includes working as an Intermediate Civil Engineer at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited from April 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities encompassed leading infrastructure projects focused on land development, water resources, and municipal engineering. Earlier, Curtiss held the position of Land Development Designer at McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. from June 2010 to April 2015. Curtiss holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, earned between 2006 and 2010.
