Tamara Costa

Tamara Costa currently serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Brand, Marketing, and Communications at Minto Group since April 2025. Previously, Tamara was the National Director of Brand and Marketing Communications at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP from December 2017 to April 2025, leading a team responsible for comprehensive marketing strategies, branding, and media relations at one of Canada's largest law firms. Earlier roles include Director of Marketing & Communications at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where Tamara managed a 16-member team, and positions at Stikeman Elliott LLP, an asset management firm, Interbrand, belladonna communications, and Bank of Montreal. Tamara holds an Hons B.A. in Psychology & Economics from McGill University, a Master Class in Digital Marketing from Hyper Island, and completed an Executive Education program on Leading Professional Services Firms at Harvard Business School.
