Kitija Paliepa

Kitija Paliepa is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit risk analysis and lending services. Currently serving as a Credit Risk Analyst at Mintos since October 2019, Kitija focuses on analyzing the financial performance and loan portfolio quality of loan originators, as well as monitoring risk developments and covenant compliance. Previously, from January 2013 to September 2019, Kitija held the position of Deputy Head of the Credit Department at SIA Aizdevums.lv, where responsibilities included evaluating credit applications, consulting partners, and training junior specialists. Kitija's experience also encompasses roles as a Senior Credit Specialist, Credit Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist, with skills in customer service, data processing, and project involvement. Kitija holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a First level of Higher Education in Banking from Banku Augstskola.
