Olga Baumane

Olga Baumane, CFA, currently serves as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Mintos, where responsibilities include daily communication with CFOs and CEOs of lending companies, monitoring financial performance, forecasting solvency during financial distress, and contributing to an ETF project. Prior to Mintos, Olga gained extensive experience at FlyCap as a Financial Analyst focused on VC and PE, and at NATO, where evaluation of investment fund managers and pension projections were key tasks. Olga also worked at GE Capital in the Capital Markets Division, handling client transactions and FX trading, and at Parex Bank, where roles included leading the development of custody products and marketing initiatives. Olga holds a Master of Laws in Law & Finance from Riga Graduate School of Law and two Bachelor's degrees in Business Studies and Financial Law.
