Thomas is currently the Marketing & eCommerce Director at Mintra, where they lead a multinational team and spearheads the brand's commercial advancement. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Marketing & Creative Services at Atlas Knowledge, a Mintra company, where they played a key role in brand development and product management. Thomas has also held various management positions, including Creative Design Manager and Project & Multimedia Development Manager, where they successfully led teams and executed digital learning projects for renowned companies. Early in their career, they specialized in motion graphics and multimedia development. Thomas started their career as a Graphic Designer at Stata Media Group Ltd, where they worked on various design projects for clients in the energy industry.
Thomas Kennedy attended Robert Gordon University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Visual Communication with a focus on Design and Visual Communications. In addition to their undergraduate education, Thomas also obtained certifications in leadership and management, as well as project management. In 2015, they earned a level 3 Award in Leadership and Management from ILM. Furthermore, they obtained the PRINCE2™ Foundation certificate and the PRINCE2™ Practitioner certificate in Project Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
