Bradley Shafer

Bradley Shafer is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in labor, employment, and workers' compensation law. Currently serving as the Managing Partner of the West Virginia Office at Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris & Willis PLLC since February 2018, Bradley previously held positions at Swartz Campbell as a Member/Partner and at Steptoe & Johnson as a Member/Partner. Additionally, Bradley has contributed to the professional community as Legislative Director for WV SHRM and as Chapter President for the Upper Ohio Valley Chapter of SHRM. Education includes a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Alma College. Known for successfully litigating cases in federal and state courts across multiple jurisdictions, Bradley has a strong background in trial and appellate work.
