Erika Omundson

Erika Omundson is a Partner at Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris & Willis PLLC, where since August 2000, expertise has been demonstrated in pretrial defense across diverse areas including complex premises liability, labor law, general torts, and professional liability. Key responsibilities include managing a litigation team and mentoring junior attorneys. Previously, Erika served as a Litigation Attorney at McMahon, Martine & Gallagher, researching and preparing civil pleadings for premises liability defense cases, and making court appearances. Erika's career began as a Marketing Association/Production Assistant at Richard Frankel Productions, supporting Broadway and off-Broadway productions, and as a Staff Attorney for the Ohio Court of Claims, where vital precedents and decisions were crafted. Erika holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from Cardozo School of Law, a Doctor of Law from Capital University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Arizona State University.
