Mitchell Smith has been working in the software engineering field since 2018. Mitchell started at Native Rank as a Quality Assurance Specialist before becoming a Software Engineer, then the Director of Software Engineering. Mitchell then moved to Mio in 2022, where they have been a Senior Service Reliability Engineer and a Software Engineer.
