John Henderson

John Henderson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Group Deputy CFO and an executive board member at MiQ since April 2020, with interim responsibilities as Group CFO and Global Finance Director. Prior to this role, John held the position of Commercial Finance and M&A Director at QualiTest Group from October 2018 to April 2020, and worked at KPMG from October 2015 to October 2018 as Associate Director in Deal Advisory, focusing on restructuring and due diligence for Private Equity clients. John’s earlier tenure at KPMG UK included roles as Manager in Transaction Services and Assistant Manager in Corporate Audit, with a focus on FTSE 250 clients in diverse industries. John also contributed to the High Growth Technology Group at KPMG, supporting early-stage companies. John holds a MA in Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh.
