Ben Wilkerson, MSM, SPHR, brings extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Americas at Miraclon Corporation since October 2019. In this role, Ben provides HR Business Partner support to leadership in the U.S. and Canada, focusing on cultural and organizational change. As a co-founder of eLife Human Capital Management and founder of LifeCycle HR Consulting, Ben has developed innovative approaches to goal tracking and HR services. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at both UHS and Auto Finance USA, and Manager of Human Resources at Feed The Children, demonstrating a strong capability in employee relations, recruitment, and HR process development. With a solid educational background, including an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in HR Management, Ben possesses a well-rounded foundation for effective leadership in human resources.
