Bimal Bhattacharya

Bimal is President and Head of Software Engineering Group of Mirafra. He has more than three decades of experience in the embedded system design, development and deployment. He started his career in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and has worked extensively in design and development of various safety instruments and simulation of process controls loops. He joined Mirafra in 2012 after working with Nokia where he was leading a global engineering team to work in the areas of advanced security products. Subsequently, in subcontracting sourcing role, he managed the site wide subcontracting requirements by establishing best practices and created a trusted ecosystem. Bimal has a BE in Electrical Engineering from Gauhati University.
