Responsibilities encompassed directing preconstruction services, managing large field teams, and ensuring project success through budgeting, scheduling, and customer relations. Earlier, Shawn held the position of General Superintendent at Tri-Star Theme Builders, Inc. from 1990 to April 2001, where supervision and training of field personnel were key responsibilities.
