Previously, Soham held various roles at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Per AQUUM Retreats & Resorts, Essque Hotels, One&Only Resorts, and Jumeirah Group, showcasing a diverse range of responsibilities and leadership positions. Soham holds an MBA in International Hospitality from Glion Institute of Higher Education and a B.Sc in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from the Institute Of Hotel Management - Mumbai.
