Annie Chang

Annie Chang serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller at Miramax since December 2010, overseeing the accounting department's operations, including organizational structure design, accounting system implementation (SAP), and annual budget construction. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to GAAP in financial statements, managing financial audits, and participating in the company's debt securitization financing process, which contributed to the successful sale of the company in 2016. Prior to Miramax, Annie Chang worked at EY from April 2000 to July 2010 as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, focusing on due diligence engagements for acquisitions. Annie Chang holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, earned between 2002 and 2005, and a BS in Bio-Chemistry from UCLA, completed from 1994 to 1999.
