Juan Real

Juan Real is a skilled Product Design Manager with extensive experience in UX design and product development across multiple organizations. At Miro, Juan has advanced from Lead Product Designer to Product Design Manager since November 2020. Prior to Miro, Juan served as a Venture Designer/Product Coach at Founders Factory Africa, guiding founders in building and scaling businesses across Africa. Juan also held positions as Lead UX Designer at Canonical, where leadership of the snapcraft.io team took place, and Senior UX Designer/Product Lead at ROLI, enhancing user-centered design methodologies. With early roles as a Senior Interaction Designer at ustwo and UX Consultant at POSSIBLE, Juan has continually contributed to innovative user experiences for various clients, including bwin.party digital entertainment and Riplife Gaming Technologies. Juan's educational background includes a Level 5 Diploma in Applied Financial Trading from the London Academy of Trading and various specialized courses in machine learning and agile product management.
