Mor Sela

Mor Sela is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Insights, Engineering at Miro since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sela co-founded Cardinal (YC W23) by Miro Labs, serving as CTO from January 2023 to May 2024. Sela has held key engineering leadership positions at Epic Games, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering, as well as Engineering Manager for Houseparty, part of Epic Games. Sela’s career began with significant roles in the Israel Defense Forces, managing technical teams and projects, and included a tenure as Director of R&D at Docady, the first employee and technology architect. Sela’s expertise is backed by an educational foundation in Computer Science, with a Bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University and ongoing Master’s studies at the same institution.
